Orders and personalization
You are responsible for photos, text, recipient details, shipping information, and creative prompts submitted to Kadolia. Personalized products are made for a specific recipient and may enter production quickly after checkout.
AI-edited content
AI tools may help create backgrounds, style suggestions, previews, and print-ready assets. You must not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, explicit, or unsafe content.
Accounts after first order
Kadolia may ask customers to create an account after checkout so they can view history, tracking, saved designs, reorders, and recipient edits.
Service changes
Product availability, production windows, shipping options, prices, and promotional offers may change without public notice.
SMS notifications
If you opt in to Kadolia SMS messages, we may send order, account, support, delivery, referral, reward, and opted-in promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on account and order activity, typically 1-6 messages per order plus occasional promotional messages when separately permitted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Support is available through the Kadolia support form.
