Kadolia depends on responsible third parties to process payments, generate AI assets, produce gifts, ship orders, host the service, support marketplace channels and send communications.

Provider categories
Categories include payment processors, AI service providers, production partners, shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, security tools, marketplace channels, developer infrastructure, professional advisers and legal or compliance partners.
Data minimization
Kadolia aims to share only the information needed for the specific task, such as payment authorization, production files, shipping labels, delivery notifications, support evidence, fraud review, legal compliance or analytics measurement where permitted.
Subprocessor and integration governance
Kadolia may maintain internal records of active providers, integration purpose, data categories, security posture, legal basis, proof status, webhook configuration, credential rotation status and replacement options. Public provider names may be omitted from customer-facing copy for security, operational and brand reasons.
Operational responsibility
Third parties are responsible for their own systems, terms, privacy practices, outages, carrier events, production constraints, policy reviews and account requirements. Kadolia coordinates support but cannot control every third-party event.
Marketplace and partner channels
If Kadolia supports publishing, sales or promotion through external channels, those channels may require additional account rules, listing review, product restrictions, fees, tax settings, customer messaging requirements, performance standards and takedown procedures.
Business continuity and substitutions
Kadolia may change third-party routes, fail over to alternate providers, queue work for manual review, pause a channel, replace a production route or adjust an integration when needed to preserve quality, security, compliance, delivery reliability or customer trust.
Changes
Kadolia may add, remove or replace third parties to improve reliability, pricing, product quality, geography, compliance, delivery speed, security, legal readiness or customer experience.
