Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Kadolia does not publicly collect or store full card numbers.

Charges and checkout
Prices may include product, personalization, digital gift page, production, shipping, taxes, discounts, credits, platform fees and applicable charges. Kadolia generally captures payment at checkout so provider routing, production, fraud review and fulfillment can begin promptly.
Taxes, currency and fees
Taxes, duties, import fees, marketplace fees, payment fees, shipping surcharges and currency conversion costs may be estimated, collected, adjusted or displayed differently depending on product, delivery location, customer status, account settings and legal requirements.
Authorization, capture and holds
Kadolia may use authorization, immediate capture, delayed capture, manual review or cancellation flows depending on payment risk, product readiness, stock, production route, address quality and platform configuration. A bank or wallet may show temporary holds even if an order is later cancelled or refunded.
Provider review after payment
A paid order may enter automatic handoff or manual review. If Kadolia determines the order cannot be produced because required stock, production capability, print area or shipping route is unavailable, Kadolia may cancel and refund the order under the refund policy.
Discounts, credits and eligibility
Discounts, credits, gift passes, referral rewards and promotions may be limited by product, quantity, recipient, geography, time, account status, fraud review, availability and order eligibility rules. Kadolia may refuse a discount or adjust a quote when that promotion is not available for the selected product, destination, quantity, shipping route or checkout context.
Partner and connected-account flows
When Kadolia supports reseller, white-label, marketplace or connected-account payment flows, checkout funds may be routed according to the applicable partner agreement, tax requirements, refund obligations, reserve rules, chargeback obligations and payment-provider requirements.
Fraud, chargebacks and verification
Orders may be held, cancelled or reviewed for fraud, payment risk, content safety, address quality, production restrictions or compliance reasons. Please contact support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may affect account access and future orders.
Failed payments and reversals
If payment authorization, capture, settlement, fraud screening, identity verification or required payment-provider checks fail, Kadolia may decline, pause, cancel or request a new payment method. Refunds and reversals may take time to appear depending on the bank, wallet, card network and payment provider.
