Terms of use
These Terms govern access to Kadolia, the personalized gift studio, digital gift pages, checkout, account tools, support, developer features and related services operated by CUBE Collective LLC.

Acceptance and eligibility
By using Kadolia, creating a gift, submitting content, opening a digital gift page, creating an account, using an API or completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. You must be able to form a binding contract and use the service only for lawful personal, commercial or authorized business purposes.
Orders and personalization
You are responsible for photos, artwork, text, prompts, recipient information, shipping data, product choices, variants, quantities and review decisions submitted to Kadolia. Personalized physical and digital products are made to order and may move to automated or manual production routing immediately after checkout.
Customer content license
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Kadolia a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, preview, print, manufacture, deliver, support, troubleshoot, moderate, preserve evidence and improve the service using that content as needed to provide the requested product or support workflow.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not submit illegal, infringing, hateful, abusive, deceptive, explicit, exploitative, unsafe, privacy-invasive or unauthorized content. You must not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with fulfillment or use Kadolia to impersonate another person or misrepresent a gift, sender, recipient or commercial relationship.
Intellectual property and rights clearance
You represent that you own or have permission to use every photo, likeness, name, logo, mark, artwork, message, prompt and file submitted to Kadolia. Kadolia may refuse, hold, remove or cancel content that appears to violate rights, privacy, publicity, brand, platform or safety requirements, even after checkout.
AI-assisted creation
AI tools may help create copy, image edits, placement suggestions, previews and production assets. AI output can be imperfect, and you are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, imagery, rights, recipient details, product selections and final checkout choices before payment.
Recipients, addresses and communications
You are responsible for having authority to provide recipient names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, gift messages and delivery instructions. Kadolia may contact recipients only as needed for delivery, gift-pass access, support, fraud prevention, service updates or legally required notices related to the order.
Availability, substitutions and holds
Kadolia may route an order through available production, fulfillment, shipping or communications partners; use an equivalent validated variant; request additional information; hold an order for review; decline unsafe content; or cancel an order if stock, print area, production route, shipping route, compliance or payment validation fails.
Accounts and records
Guest checkout may be available. Kadolia may invite or require an account after checkout to preserve order history, saved designs, addresses, recipients, proofs, tracking, support history, reorders, developer activity and compliance records. You are responsible for account security and accurate profile information.
Bulk, business and white-label use
Business, reseller, developer, white-label, marketplace, API, bulk-recipient and high-volume workflows may require additional terms, review steps, service limits, tax settings, compliance records, brand approvals, recipient authorization and operational evidence before Kadolia accepts or continues the workflow.
Service changes and suspension
Product availability, production windows, shipping options, prices, discounts, promotions, account features, APIs and policies may change. Kadolia may suspend access, decline orders or limit features when needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, product safety, platform stability, unpaid amounts or policy enforcement.
Notices and dispute handling
Operational questions should start through support. Formal legal, privacy, security or intellectual-property notices should use the matching legal contact channel and include enough detail for Kadolia to verify the request, locate the account or order, preserve evidence and respond through an appropriate process.
Contact channels and routing
Kadolia routes support, account, order, developer, partner, privacy, legal and security requests through controlled internal queues. Public pages may use secure forms, obfuscated legal contacts, rate limits, honeypots and anti-spam controls instead of exposing mailbox links that automated crawlers can harvest. We may request additional information needed to verify, locate, investigate or process a request, and any legally required response timelines apply as required by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
Kadolia provides the service on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kadolia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, carrier delays, third-party outages or customer-submitted errors. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
SMS notifications
If you opt in to Kadolia SMS messages, we may send order, account, support, delivery, referral, reward and separately permitted promotional messages. Message frequency varies, typically 1-6 messages per order plus occasional promotional messages when separately permitted. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Governing terms
These Terms are intended to be read together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, No-refund Policy, Payment Terms, Third-party Services notice and any order-specific disclosures shown at checkout. If order-specific checkout terms conflict with general marketing copy, the checkout terms control for that order.
Updates to these Terms
Kadolia may update these Terms as the service, law, payment flows, provider routes, marketplace requirements and product features evolve. The version posted at the time of checkout generally governs that order, while continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms for future activity.
