No-refund policy
Kadolia sells personalized physical and digital gifts. Because custom items are made to order, all sales are final once an order is submitted.

We do not offer refunds for custom design preference, recipient changes, late customer edits, uploaded-photo quality, spelling submitted by the customer, or buyer's remorse.
Production issues
If a product arrives materially defective, damaged, or materially different from the approved order, contact support promptly. Kadolia may offer a reprint, replacement, store credit, or other remedy at its discretion and as required by law.
Cancellation window
Cancellation is not guaranteed. If production has not started, support may attempt to stop the order, but production can begin immediately.
