Accessibility
Kadolia aims to provide a usable, readable and accessible shopping, gift-creation, support and account experience.

Our approach
We use semantic pages, keyboard-reachable controls, visible labels, responsive layouts, contrast-aware design, status messages, form validation and structured navigation where practical.
Ongoing improvement
Kadolia treats accessibility as an ongoing product requirement. New catalog surfaces, personalization tools, account pages, checkout steps, admin workflows and developer features should be reviewed for keyboard use, readable copy, focus states, responsive sizing and error recovery before production release.
Known complexity
Personalization canvases, product previews, advanced image editing and bulk-recipient workflows can be visually complex. Kadolia aims to provide labels, guided steps, review screens and support paths so customers can complete orders accurately.
Report an issue
Use the support form and choose Human support, Legal notice or Security report for accessibility barriers. Include the page, device, browser, assistive technology if applicable and the task you were trying to complete.
Reasonable support
If a barrier prevents you from completing a purchase, account action, legal request or support workflow, Kadolia may provide an alternate support path, collect required information securely, help complete an order or route the issue for remediation where practical.
